Making a level longer doesn't make the game more difficult. Instead it makes it monotonous.

Having almost finished I wanna tell my thoughts about it. It's totally boring and monototonous. The levels just repeat themselves with the monsters being totally slow and very few bullets actually being on the screen. Also I've got no time to push the spell hotkeys besides maybe that plague thingy from time to time when I'm in a pinch.
Besides that I need to replay levels if I wanna get all upgrades as there are not enough levels to get enough money to be able to afford all of them thus one needs to grind the levels just for the money.
As others pointed out it's hard to see the difference between one level of an upgrade and the next one. Especially with the hitbox and regen thingy.

Why do I have to go through the entire Control Settings just to enable autofire? Can't you just put that as a hotkey?
