I'm playing Psy on normal and I beat him, you can use wall of atoms or stun him to block it. The game doesn't suck because you can't beat it, it just means you suck.
A quick note, this really works. I started in Canada, and following this, I had every country infected and every symptom I needed for the rest of the game by day 18.
1, Pick Virus 2, Start in Canada, Greenland, New Zealand, Cuba (if not, restart) 3, Sell starting symptoms (if any), other than sneezing. If you don’t have sneezing, buy it 4, Buy 1-1-1-0 Resistances 5, Once your disease spreads to a few countries, sell sneezing to get rid of visibility 6, Wait until all countries are infected. If Madagascar closes or this is after day 30, restart 7, Pump 4 Drug Resistance and buy sneezing, coughing, vomiting 8 After a few days, unlock tier 2-3 keeping whatever symptoms it gives you 9 Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, hypersensitivity, hemorrhaging 10 Wait until everyone dies IT WORKS!!!!!! COPY AND PASTE IF IT WORKS FOR YOU CREATED BY: MonkeySmartGames ALL WORK WAS DONE BY HIM!!! it was just on second page ;)
didn't find it hard at all, shoot the mothership, when the shield drones cemerge shoot them then shoot the boss again. For the normal level just remember to shoot the missiles and fire ahead of the ufos as they move.

20 minutes of glitchy story mode, and I didn't even get the 15 pts for doing it
at one point i killed one of the white bandana gys but he kept running (despite having all Xs above his head), dropped a flashbang, and in that instand a whole surge of ninjas got through while I was blinded.
Way too glitchy.
okay, I finally got all the badges but it was annoying as hell. The controls were very unresponsive, and occasionally my tank would accelerate to the far right or left of the screen for no reason. I hope this game is updated soon.
