There is a BIG problem when you assign prestige points if you have a lot of them(more than e5). It makes browser lag as hell assigning one point. This is what causes the big lag problem a lot of people talk about when you have autobuy. Calculation about stats change when the numbers are high seems to be broken.
I think the new wave when you died should be a percent of last max wave you were when you died.
And maybe add something (skill,aspect, mastery or other) to change this percent to go back to max previous wave faster ?

Too much time waiting for things to happen and to get a small bonus.
This is a good core with many things you can do to improve it (i won't list them because the most important are already in comments).

I fully finished level 45 and almost all under this level but i needed to go back to level 25 to get the only 3 i missed.
Now i'm stuck at level 19 with level 45 upgrades and upgrades doesn't seem to spped up mutations ... wtf ?!

I double checked it to be sure. Looks like you dont have armor penetration yet. Enemies take half of damage because of armor :)
