Same story for me as Daikoru. A truly challenging mode that maybe the majority wouldnt be able to get through would be appealing to some of the more determined gamers on Kong. :P
I have gotten the grey textured screen quite a few times since about a week ago, someone said that this was an old bug that was fixed, but its happened several times to me during games.
I found the difficulty on this game much more pleasing than some of the others in the series, I think it was that everything was easy to understand, (for example some of the shine tools didnt make as much sense in the previous games to me). Kudos to you on making such a great game, and 5/5
After reaching the jabberwocky and not knowing how to beat it, I went back to the start of the game to search for more helpful items, when I went back, the cards were standing up again and killed me, and I wasnt allowed to bowl them down, making finishing the game impossible.
It feels like hitting the bottom of the screen should deal you a little damage, but you need to be there to kill the tank. The bullets look odd being fired the way they are, the large end should hit the enemy. You could add some music, but make sure to include a mute button. Maybe lower the speed at which the enemies bullets travel just a little bit, its easy to kill them, but hard to dodge. The vietnamese village setting is good, but I dont see the relevance of Jesus on the cross. Improve, improve, improve!
I dont understand how I am supposed to win if the opponent uses freeze defence several times in a row...? I must need incredibly high health, or is there something else I am missing?
I am still in awe of the freakin amazing cinematic at the beginning of the game that works so well, I just love it XD. Had one autosave issue where the game set me back about an hour, I think it was a one off though... 5/5
Trojan Horse is very overpowered in Multiplayer, and unfair on players just beginning, the cost should be greater, though that wont change how very powerful it is.
I tryed to connect to Multiplayer mode via playing as a guest and it still claims to be trying to "connect" me after about 3 or 4 minutes. I had similar problems with the original, I think the server needs to be improved.
Great game, but I am having API issues with the time trial mode, I got 198 achievements, but it just submitted 181, also, it would have been nice if there was API for completion time in free mode. Otherwise, great job, 5/5
The first part of the game, I liked, pretty much until I reached my chosen weapon lvl cap, and weapon lvl cap, and the enemies were easy, the challenges were a good point. My main rage is the last level (lvl 26) It is far too long, if it wasnt for the badges I would have looked at the kill count and quit. Instead of putting a high number of enemies, try and think up some more dangerous enemies, the agents were dangerous earlier on, but I doubt I dropped 20 hp on the final level. It would also have been nice if there were some bosses with some more devastating weapons, like a rapid fire boss where you may need to evade with c. the last level brought this rating from a 4 to a 3.
Nice game, 4/5 from me, there are 3 things that would help bring it up to a 5.
1. A search function for finding friends tracks.
2. An easy way of finding your kongregate friends profiles, with their recorded times.
3. No ghost glitches where the ghosts act differently to the player who drove it. I have seen my own ghost car drown, when instead I actually did finish a race quickly.
Great innovative idea, runs smoothly, and well done though.
