There's no actual Extermination in this game, i think you guys need to re-adjust your wigs. The game name is just a bad joke, you basically try to avoid the ladders which themselves are a extremely poor representation of the ginger hair genes.
Oh and to add further irony the gene along with the blond gene isn't dominant and possibly will vanish in a few centuries
