Some people are losing explorers when they prestige the first island. It's something that SHOULDN'T be possible to happen but there are enough people mentioning it that it seems to be an issue. We're looking into it, and hopefully will have a fix when we find out what's going on. Apologies!

We are currently testing the "Fix" update in the Kongregate Preview mode. So far so good! We should be launching the update in the next hour or two. By the way - there will NOT be a forced reset in this update. Or likely any update. We're working on a different solution for the leader boards. Thank you for your patience, dear Capitalists!
June 24 Update: Hey fellow Capitalists! Using the comments o update this time, so we don't spam your guys' inboxes. Right now we're QA testing all of our bug fixes and our multi-buy functionality. If we get a clean bill of health, we'll be pushing the new build to preview tomorrow. If THAT looks clean and bug free, we'll push to live. So the plan is: hopefully update tomorrow. Might need another day or two if we find any new bugs. Thanks for your patience while we restore your faith in Capitalism!
June 23 update: Greetings Capitalists! So today we spent the majority of our time attacking some of the major bugs. We managed to figure out the loss of Offline play bug and the negative numbers bug, so those will be fixed for sure in the upcoming update. The multiple tab and import/export exploits are next, and may require a slight overhaul on how offline money is calculated. We're also hoping to have multi-buy functionality in the update this week, but let's consider that a stretch goal right now. We'll keep you updated. OH! And BTW, the inverted price structures are intentional! We've received a lot of feedback about it, and will be adding some clarification/justification in the game. June 21 Update: Greetings Capitalists. Holy moly was that first update a disaster. A whole slew of issues arose, and we've identified several game breaking bugs:
* Double applied speed bonus (bug)
* Broken AI calculations
* NEW exploits from import/export
SO - here is our promise to you all for our next updates:
* We will fix the balancing, and restore that addictive rhythm
* We will fix the new exploits
* We will add purchase-multiple functionality
* We will add more End Game, and nifty new features
We would also like to add a feature that will allow you to reset your game without having to start from scratch. So if your game is lost to a computer error or crash, you can dive back in.
Thank you all for your comments, suggestions, insights, rants, and ultimatums. Not even kidding. We are committed to making an Idle Game worthy of your time. Thank you for sticking with us during this bumpy weekend, for your time, patience, and for your continued interest in Capitalism.
UPDATE: my fellow Capitalists. Thank you for your swift responses to the update - it's immediately obvious that our upgrades were a bit much, and have increased the game's speed an undesirable degree. We are working to fix it! For now, we have adjusted the upgrade values, and we'll be adding a lot more end-game content in our next update. Thank you again for sticking with us - your feedback is our guide through the wilderness.
Hey fellow Capitalists! We've received a lot of responses that the update has rendered the game too easy too quickly. Obviously this would suck too much of the fun from the game, so we're actually going to do a quick fix. Please stand by - we're going to rapidly roll out some adjustments. Update from the Dev: greetings fellow Adventure Capitalists! Update #1 is nearly here. For those anticipating it - our studio rolls on Pacific Standard Time, so it's probably about 12 hours away. We just have some final bugs to iron out, and then we're golden. At that point, we'll be submitting the new build to Kongregate for upload (there's an extra step now that we're implementing the Kongregate API), so we're not totally sure how long it takes from there. But we'll notify you all when it's up. Thanks again for your patience! Our current plan is to launch Update #2 next week, so you won't have to endure such a long dry spell again.
