This game is such an unique and beautiful looking dungeon crawler. I really love the spell system and that these spells offer you many different tactics to beat the levels. To make it short: this is a game worth playing! Tip: Begin the game with Novice difficulty, because the game gets challenging pretty fast. 5/5
This game could be a real hit here on Kong, but it still has some serious flaws. Many were mentioned before: 1. enemies get stuck behind houses (pathfinding) 2. new weapons should be much stronger than the previous one (also show which exact damage they make) 3. a minimap or at least red arrows that show from where enemies come 4. health status for the minitowers 5. 'end the level' button 6. 'gold and ammo' - HUD onscreen 7. most gold for achievements system doesnt seem to be perfect 8. many spelling errors (maybe a native english speaker here on Kong can help you locating them, open a forum thread for it?)
Really original and fresh concept with great pixel graphics. Everyone should keep in mind that this is just an alpha version of the game! I'm looking forward for new versions with more painters, missions and the option to buy and sell more stuff.
This game is bloody brilliant! First I really had no clue what was going on, but then I found out more and more insane and horrible things I could do. This poor guy lost half his face, he burnt, was tortured by bees and killed animals and naked sunbathing ladies ... just to mention a few maniac things. I'm really hoping for an upcoming game with even more objects you could use to do crazy stuff! Thank you very much and 5 of 5

Amazing game with great graphics and really clever track design. Last track isn't that hard if you use nitro wisely, collect the stars (for faster nitro refill) and cut some of the corners (here you can win a lot of time). My suggestion for part 3: Make some kind of free play mode after you won the last race (for example choose track 3 with 10 rounds and 3 hard opponents etc). Thanks for the great game! 5/5

What an amazing and truly unique TD game! I ♥ the graphics and the cute animations (the climbing hero is brilliant). Also the changing backgrounds make every level very special and a new experience. Thumbs up, this deserves a 5/5
Amazing game concept! Truly unique and very fun to play. The game would be even more awesome if there would be unlockable things. For example: Reach floor 4 to unlock new character, start with higher damage, new spells etc. Plus some showroom for ingame achievements and more tooltips would be nice. Very well made game! The graphic style and the crazy theme reminds me a lot of games done by Berzerk Studio. There are so many weapons, items and different looks for your character (it's just amazing). Also the game mixes the Canabalt-like escape parts in an awesome way with shooter elements. One of Nitrome's classic games is finally on Kong. Superb atmosphere, awesome retro graphics and unique gameplay.
Was my favourite Nitrome game back in 2007, and is still as great as back then. Favorited and 5/5
Now I finished the game with all 3 characters. Concerning the luck factor: somehow all match 3 games are a bit luck based. My tip is to play with Ryu first: like mentioned full upgrade and use counter attack and defense in the last fight and it'll be not that hard. I had the most problems when playing with Pixel (with Bit the Bunny it was also easy). Epic game, hoping for a second part!
This game is pure fun. Just addicting, now there is just one thing in my mind: "I need a better score!" The concept of Escape is a straight success: Keep it simple and make a great game.
