I wasn't going to play this game. I clicked on it, decided I didn't want to play it, and actually had my mouse over the back button when I heard the incredible music. I read the slightly humorous opening screen, and decided to give the game a shot. Two hours later, here I am...
What a hobby. "Where is your father?" "Oh, he went to the turtle room. Muttered something about 'Blasted interns' and 'Overdue expense reports'." From grey stone building behind house: *Kablamm! Rattle rattle rattle SMASH Boom Pop "take that turtles!" Blammm!*
This game is really good, interesting concept, nice graphics. The only things I can think of are, A) Teams could possibly have unique powers, maybe a ball quality like first ball free, superbouncy, or ghost ball; and B) Scoring system could stand to be a bit more complex. It gets boring looking at the high scores and seeing them all end in triple zeroes. Score could possibly use time it takes to get to ref, distance traveled, and number of kicks as well. Other than that: intriguing, addictive game with a nice premise, good soundtrack and art, and interesting use of dismemberment.
A spirited and intelligent commentary on the poor motivations behind rating games 1/5. This is the first satirical flash game I have seen, and I love it. Just, not enough to hit 5. 3/5
Very nice, the graphics and art is a nice break from the superstylized games. The premise is simple but interesting, and the weapons are diverse enough to be interesting. Good call making it humans, elves and CENTAURS, rather than dwarves or orcs. That little twist also enhanced the game.
Wowowowowowow! I LOVE this game. Only complaint is that I wish it were much longer. Much Much Longer. And had a sequel. With a couple hards and an impossible as well. Maybe add achievements and more gun levels? And powerups, like being invisible to light for a short time, or projecting darkness? 5/5. And favorited.
Interesting game. Cute premise, based a little on Level Up and Upgrade Complete, but still original enough it wasn't boring. The controls were well laid out, so key confusion didn't happen often. An impossible could be added pretty easily, though. Make the requirement beating the entire game with all enemies killed and all upgrades received in less than 10:00 time.
