Just started playing the game. Does anyone else think there is something wrong with keyboard controls when it requires you to click tutorial popups out of the way with the mouse, instead of using you know, space bar or something?
I've written a walkthrough for normal mode. High defense, agility, and medium offense is a good strategy. For more information on normal mode, check it out at hintbin.com
I've Purified area 1-5, area 7 is RIDICULOUSLY hard. i managed to purify two of those levels, eradicate one, and wound another, one level not beaten at all and 3 not unlocked (eradicate 3/4, 3/5, 3/6) It's a pretty awesome game based off of nothing else i can think of, but not as awesome as sparks and dust.
This, is innovation. I'm glad there is still different flash dev's out there who can think outside of the limitations box of flash games. You, deserve a tip my friend.
I enjoyed the fresh art style and gameplay but it could of been...a bit more in depth i guess. I understand that release times are limited and you probably did alot of work on the art, but definitely could of been more. Very similar to links adventure in play style. Also, the voices are great, your daughter did an awesome job. Keep up the good work 4/5
The game has good concept and art, but the controls are very very clunky. Changing direction while attacking is too hard, hitting enemies is ridiculous because they don't stop, yet you slow down to attack and it takes too much time to stop attacking, turn around, and catch up to them. The speed at which you run is great, but the transition between running and attacking is way too long. Using the mouse to click to attack is very annoying expecially since the mouse and keyboard respond at different rates, as well as you only have one attack to use, which is terrible for a fighter game, so its all about mashing click, and trying to catch up to enemies and hit them properly. The air attack controls also need serious work.
Excellent 3d platformer, i thoroughly enjoyed getting 100%, even though there wasn't any real reason to. Checkpoints are for people who are far underskilled. But i guess it needs an easier mode for the little kids out there who can't beat it.
If you really let dave out of your control, let me meet him. Why did i have to jump on that cloud to finish the game? Instead i first jumped off and died several times on purpose, which in turn would of terminated the magician for his only purpose was to fight me. So really, death at any time in the game was the very same as beating the game, because death is in a form, release from the control of the system, because you are no longer there. Your lateral thinking is far too limited. I could go further, but i'd not like to confuse anyone else.
Its an ok game, 3/5. You need to fix some of the layers that die far to slow which means you can't shoot enemies under it for that period of time, which is annoying. Also, the game is far too easy after you get max gold find+max reload+power weapon. The team mates you can hire need to have a more balanced cost to skill ratio, buying the max reload guy would overall save the most money which is kind of cheap, and the first two team mates are pretty worthless. Needs more team mates to hire. Needs to be less repetitive, rather then feeling like demonic defense. More enemy variety would be nice, i also suggest more weapon variety with similar prices to make choosing a weapon more difficult then upgrading. The ammo upgrade needs to be balanced out, i never had to reload after a bit. Unlockables would also be a great thing to add.
3/5
Good game concept, i love the scoring system, time counting against you is a great idea that not many people do, though there it is a bit glitchy when your dragging fast, because sometimes it drops the item and it counts against you, also when you pick up a shape you can't drop it without it counting against you. I like the puzzle nature of it, though it is a bit short, and after the first time its just how fast you can memorize the patterns. Good concept though, improving upon this will do good
3/5, its not garbage, its pretty decent. Its not "too easy" however i noticed the moon doesn't get bigger after a certain size which means i wasted about 10 upgrades because it still lets you hit the button. Also, You should explore an area someone already hasn't explored, shape shooter and this both have things that are better then this in comparison, that doesn't lower the value of it, however it makes less people want to play it because it doesn't have any real differences. If your going to make a game where you know something has been made already, try to make it different somehow that it takes its own personality on.
kendric: needs a quick sell key, i hate having to click on them then click the sell key, repeat many times. May also need a "you lose" screen since people don't completely understand that...
All i have to say to all the idiots who are blah blah boring depthless. Play the game on hard mode. beat level 5,6,7,8, or 9 on hard mode. i freaking dare you.
