Level 59 was kind of overly sensitive, but doable. Really nice exploration of these magnetizing mechanics, and the final three levels were really intense. Ending was pretty sweet, and that last message made things really interesting. Thanks for the wonderful game!
Controlling is way too unprecise for a platformer of this kind - Jumping is super sensitive. Jumping the exact height needed to make some certain jumps (which otherwise lead you face-first into spikes or a pit) is completely out of the player's control. Movement feels slippery and out of control - a terrible thing when the game has several "perfect" jumps which lead to death if you don't move and jump properly. To make things worse, the hitbox on spikes and other deadly surfaces seem to be all over the place, some surfaces killing you before you actually touch them. The game in itself is great, but the lack of control the player has ruins it completely. Also, world 10? What kind of sick person would combine random factors (where the dragon heads move before shooting) and perfect jumps in the same level?
I understand the idea behind Apocalypse Nao, but I don't understand how this was chosen. The game is so full of copyrighted content stolen from the Gameboy Zelda games, with barely anything that seems original. And it even asks you for donations at the end?
The game tries so hard to be arcade-like with the score system but does it so poorly, forcing the player to rely on luck rather than skill considering the ridiculously small amount of time you have to jump between asteroids, and the absolute zero control you have when flying. If you land on the bottom of a larger asteroid, you pretty much have no choice but to fly downwards if you want to keep your combo. The combo and trick concept just doesn't work with how the game plays, and even if you just aim to go upwards, since you have no way to control the flight not even that works out too well. Awful.
Been a while since I've seen a decent action-platformer. Love the fast-paced gameplay, smooth controls. Difficult, but fair - something rare nowadays. The final level and boss was really intense and a perfect conclusion to this awesome game. Wonderful.
You know, I liked what I saw on Bandcamp, but I didn't want to use the paypal I have right now because it's linked to my main checking account. I think I'd probably want a new account for that. Maybe next game I'll give it a try.
I really can't understand why is it so hard for developers to create balanced platforming levels. They always resort to fake difficulty exploiting. Being forced to make pixel perfect jumps four times in a row is not difficulty, it's just a bunch of unfair and stupid trial and error/luck abusing. Decent game, great concept, poor execution.
A tip for the badges: Press and hold Escape until right before you touch the wall, and then press and hold again immediately, rinse and repeat. When timed correctly, it'll greatly increase your velocity, allowing you to clear hundreds of meters in a couple seconds. Although you'll still need a lot of luck to reach higher scores, the game is already hella luck based anyway, so doing this at least helps to easily clear a few meters (about 200, usually) earlier on.
157 deaths. The game had potential to be a bit better, however it's no fun when there's no skill or challenge involved, but rather luck. Pixel-perfect is a terrible thing to aim for, which relies on nothing but luck and timing. On a somewhat fast paced game like this, using pixel-perfect is a really horrible idea. As soon as the speed upgrade got in, all of the fun was gone, and replaced by pointless frustration. The music also got really annoying after the first minute of hearing it. 3/5
Adding to Godseed's strategy, if you're doing survival, it's a bit easier if you move the rightmost stack one column to the left, and make a new one on the rightmost, having the following: (Up to down) Sleeper, sleeper, Eye, sleeper and sleeper. One column to the right of the leftmost stack aswell, you should place 3 Flame blocks to make it even easier. You can also actually change some of those flame/sleeper block for whatever similar block you might want - Myself, I used a few worm blocks instead of some sleepers. As for the game itself: Short and simple, as usual from Nerdook. Great as always! 5/5.
I liked Doodle God more than Doodle Devil, to be honest. Several, if not even most of the combinations in Doodle Devil didn't even make much sense (Man + Magic = Worm? Bomb + Mushroom = Nuclear Bomb? What?), and some elements ended up never really getting used. (Chaos?) Some more obvious combinations that should be included also weren't in, which is a bit disappointing. But it was still a somewhat enjoyable game. 3.5/5. (Rated 3/5)
Came back to this game after quite some time, and got the impossible. I gotta say, I found it to be way easy. Took me at most 7 tries.
After obtaining the hard and the golden bullets (Getting all achievements) it gets pretty easy. The damage increase isn't all that great, however, when going for the impossible, it helps a lot. I also found that just standing there, waiting for the enemies, or moving slowly and actually thinking your next moves helps more than just wandering around and killing stuff. Swingers and charges can be a little annoying, but as long as you act fast to get rid of them, you'll be fine.
As for the game itself, it was great fun. Though maybe some more different enemies, modes, general variety, or whatever would be better. Either way, I rated 5/5.

Most of the characters are pretty good even. There's only about 3 characters that weren't fun to use.
The variety of items, equipment and their skills is also great. And being able to master the items' skills is quite a unique and interesting concept.
The music is amazing, even more considering you did it all yourself. Felt like playing a real classic videogame!
All the secret dungeons, superbosses and all are also quite nice to go through, and pretty challenging. Took me a few tries to defeat Karnos and Animus, even with the 'good' strategies and all. The solo arenas were also pretty challenging at times - Without actually leveling the characters, it can be pretty painful to successfully complete them.
Overall, Chapter 3 was a great game, and I enjoyed every single minute and challenge. It was well worth the ~50 hours I spent in this game. Hell, I would have spent even more! I'm looking forward for Chp4, aswell as Pseudolonewolf's other games. 5/5!
Only got to finish Chp3 recently, and I must say I am impressed.
I have always been a big fan of the Mardek series, even though I only got to play Chp3 now.
But I played through the whole game now. I am amazed - Even though it took two years to finish this game and all, the amount of content it haves is amazing, considering Pseudo did everything completely by himself. It haves more content/gameplay time than several console/professional games.
I love MARDEK's storyline and dialogue - Although it seems like just a bunch of random RPG parodying and some jokes, there's quite a storyline hidden behind all that. The dreamstones, libraries, encyclopedias and all make it even more interesting.
The gameplay is also great. It feels just as good, if not even better, as any console RPG. Reaction skills and passive skills, along with mastering of skills allows for quite a wide variety of strategies and combinations. Plus, having what, 11 characters in total, gives even more variety.

OMG DIS GAME SUCKS NO BADGES 0/5
Now seriously; Even for a test, it was a little too simple/small... You shoulda try to implement some more stuff before you upload the game.
But it's a good start.
Incredible game. Definetely one of the best of the series so far, and one of my all-time favorite flash games.
Everything that was implemented on this chapter of the series worked incredibly great. Having more difficulties was a great bonus, aswell!
Just a bit sad that this is the final one. I loved all of the games, and enjoyed them throughtfully.
But great show, Hamumu! You certainly get a 5/5 and a special place in my Favorites book.
