Nice-looking, creepy atmosphere, lots of gameplay possibilities, all in all a great game. Which makes it all the more jarring to see the mangling of the language. Please, get someone to proofread the in-game text, there's plenty of folks who would be more than willing to go over it, and it makes such a massive difference, especially in a production that otherwise has such high quality.
So simple, yet so incredibly appealing. I'm not a football fan, but this is the kind of game that keeps me going into the wee hours of the night. It does an awesome job of evoking the kind of emotions that go with the game, ranging from bitter disappointment at a missed shot to fists in the air for nailing that last-minute goal in a cup match.
Wow...talk about a serious case of not fun. There's only so many times that clicking a button at exactly the right time can be considered a test of skill, after that it's just tediously praying that one gets lucky.
Wow, that hard badge sure is....hard. Either I really, really suck or all the folks who can't play fair may have had a bit too much of an influence on the targets...
For a lousy 1000$ I'll tell you exactly how I feel about this game. What's that you say, you don't have a grading system yet?
As for the indie option...whatever.
There are only 3 keys used on the keypad: 1, 7 and 5. The keys are clearly more worn than the others. So the first attempt fill in 1111, the second 5555 and for the third attempt you fill in the 1's and 5's that were correct the first 2 times and 7's in the remaining slots.
Elementary, my dear Watson :-)
Pro: nice music, lovely concept. Cons: no option to just retry, so you keep going back and forth between the menu and the game, the incredibly annoying messages that interrupt your flow. 3/5
Nice game, but still a bit too buggy in my opinion. Currently sitting here staring at lvl 8 with 100% toxins but nothing triggering, bit of a letdown after fighting off wave after wave...
I'm 99% certain that having the plastic shield makes it effectively impossible to get the challenge in the Igloo collection. Each time I'm compiling a streak of evades I hear the sound of the shield kicking in and I don't see the evade word popping up. I've done as many as 12 succesful evades in a row, but the shield keeps breaking up the streaks.
Awesome game, definitely badge- and praiseworthy. I have to join the choir with regards to picking the perks mid-battle though. It's gotten to the point where I simply always fire on the right part of the playing screen and let the hollywood bullets sort it out ;-) Considering that it interrupts the flow of gameplay, makes some challenges effectively impossible and greatly affects one's chosen character build, I'd strongly urge you to consider both moving perk selection to a menu accessible inbetween the action as well as allowing one to save up perks.
1/5 Needs badges!
1/5 What the hell is the point of this?
1/5 Controls suck!
1/5 Total ripoff!
1/5 Makes no sense !!!1one!one!
Total score: 5/5 Funny cause it's true :-)
The objective of art is to evoke an emotional response in those to behold it. Judging from the comments, the author managed to do just that. Well done!
Kept playing till I had gold on everything and let my coffee go cold twice as I was doing so. Tons and tons of fun.
Can't wait for the api-equipped part 2.
