Play level one for around an hour. This will ensure that you have enough money to max out all the upgrades. From here, you can breeze through the other 10 levels.

Keep playing level one for about an hour. After this, you'll have enough money to max out every upgrade on your ship. From here on in, it'll take about 10 mins to get through all of the other levels :)
