I noticed a few bugs so far, burn doesn't seem to apply correctly, mystery dungeon reset's with the creature from the last lelvel attained on your last visit, not sure if bonus apply correctly with 70% learning I barely saw an increase (unless you changed how it work since the first chapter). Awesome game, like pretty much all your games, as it was mentioned it would be nice to be able to buy ressources, or books like in the first one, one thing that could be interesting is a gambling shop (should not be too hard with the code already existing for chests). Can't wait to see the next chapter!
Too bad I had to listen to you and not rate it higher, one thing that would be nice is to have a energy consumption stat with the current equipped canons. Darn nice job overall!
MIssing a few things, dodge/miss, critical hit etc. The formulas you used to determine damage is a little too basic, try adding a hidden scale that is rolled everytime at random ex: 1-10= miss, 11-98=normal hit, 99-100=critical hit. Add some modifiers also: skills, magic, weapons, armor, etc.
