That's lovely. So not only is Adobe Flash very resource heavy, but it's also not even fully cross-platform anymore. Not rating this until I play through its entirety, which is likely 'never'.
This game could be so much more. Not that anything's missing, but it just feels like it should be a part of much bigger game. There is no outside world. No competition. No effect of your actions except "fame".
Very good for a casual game, as playing this just gets repetitive quickly, but could be made into full simulation not unlike Dwarf Fortress with its politics and trade and adventurers roaming the countryside (until being torn to pieces by a swarm of carps).
Good job on this game, and in future projects --- good luck and have more ambition.
I had one complaint, really. It's about level 68.
See -- in my country ******* ***** are square instead of round, so even though I could see the shape I had no idea what it represented.
Great game nonetheless.
Inspired by Fable much?
Not that I am complaining -- I sorely miss RP in computer RPGs. I prefer to call them SGGs, 'Stats Gaining Games'. This is not the case here -- you really can shape your character with choices you make.
All in all 4/5 -- not perfect, but bloody damn good.
Oh flip, it's not working for me. I played it before switching to Linux, though, so at least I remember it being great. Hope to see another of the series... and hope it'll work.
