Hey guys, just wanted to let you know we updated the game again.
Please stop keeping Dragonthera's and NicolBolas's comments on top.
First, you already get rewards for playing completed levels. But more important, you also get the salvage bonus for completed levels. That comment is just too old.
Second, the humans don't go into space for fighting each other but for finding a new planet they can move to and live in peace there.

If you can't beat a level - try to reset your $ in the upgrade menu and try out a different tactic. Use more specials or upgrade another ship type. Every level is easy if you find the right tactics for the right enemy...

The kong Api is already integrated (it has been since the release). But Greg from Kongregate still didn't assign badges to it (Only having the Kong API integrated doesn't guarantee badges). But the Kong guys said they would give the game badges... one day. Vote for us and this game will get badges :D.

try the insane mode! hopefully we'll get badges.. so you can chalenge yourself with max length combos and such! try to get a godlike or epic combo ( ;

@kittenflaps: the music is not stolen. it's licensed, you can see the name of the cretors on the credits page. not dying will give you less than half the experience if you die on the last monster. the shop wasn't a major part of the game. it has been added later in the game.. the spoiler video is even recorded befor it was added. It adds just bonus items, you can find very similar items after each king and on certain secret levels, i assume you haven't played that far. the heyzap shop was an opportunity for us.. since some ridiculous 100$ for a million gameplays from mochi ads won't nearly cover the cost of 4 months development. And i think it's absolutely unfair to say "major part" without even playing half the game. The items are just a "reward" for a donation if you like, they aren't relevant to the core gameplay.
these arent hacks. kongregate is having a tough time with the game. it has been disabled and after reenabling didnt show up in any contests, they're trying to fix it for a day... and now things get messed up. we have nothing to do with that. sorry for the irritation.
