I've gotten gold in all medals too ... just takes some experimentation, and smart upgrades, to get gold on each level. This game would be a lot harder if resetting your upgrades wasn't unlimited and free. Just reset your upgrades to best tackle each level as you do it.

Confirmed ... clearing my browser cache worked as well. It didn't delete my saved game either.
