On second thoughts, you are completely right. This game was just a practicing project, to learn to work with ActionScript and FlashPunk. It was obviously a mistake to put this online, so I'm getting it removed as soon as possible.
The controls are crappy because that's what gives it difficulty. If I'd give it normal controls, the game would be way to easy. I do however admit that it was inspired by Love, that's because this was initially a practicing project.
