Scrounge upgrade doesn't work: I've got one guy in pharma and one in $1 store. Both of them gives same number of res. But one got "scrounge"=5 and another – zero.

One Rogue and 3 Rangers are pretty good — the only problem is numerous dying of the Rogue in long battles. Armor class is useless all you need is damage, good quickness and secondary effects like stun and instant kill.
