Stabalicious!
Seriously, this is, in all its simplicity, a very well made arcade game. The bazillion low-grade moneygrabby mmo's should learn something about "gameplay" here.
One of the best flash adventures I've ever played. If it was a full game I would put it on par with the Monkey Island series without second thought.
And for some constructive criticism: The dead-crow-in-pocket-sounds where really bugging me because I felt they where very loud compared to the rest of the game. It should be stated during the intro that you can "fast-travel" by doubleclicking doors.
Also I found it a little too easy, but well I grew up on Nintendo, so maybe I'm not a good benchmark for that. :-p
