1:45PM Los Angeles Time: Major Server Outage. We expect the servers to be down for several hours - probably until 5PM LA Time. We're working as fast as we can to fix the issue. In the meantime, please be patient and don't rage rate or get angry face. You don't want your face to get stuck like that. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Server is back up now. We're really sorry for the outage and for the long response time in getting it back up. We'd like you all to know that we knew almost immediately the server was down. Response time wasn't an issue, but getting the servers back up took longer than it should have. Tools and processes are being put in place to make sure future incidents can be dealt with more rapidly. We appreciate your continued support during the Beta phase and as we iron out wrinkles in the code and in our own processes for managing the game (especially while we're sleeping and you guys are playing!). Please continue to leave feedback and comments - we are listening and we are working our butts off to make you guys happy :)
