Oh... mein Gotten... A steampunk game from Toge? I'm not dead, am I? ... Wait, I'd probably be hitting someone in the face with a hammer, if that were the case... This isn't Valhalla... How is this game possible then? D:
This rpg is most likely the best flash rpg I've ever played. Even on console, there's only two rpgs that beat this... The graphics bring back memories of the old Final Fantasy series, the combat system is extremely unique. Many actual combat situations actually require some semblance of strategy, which is a rare find these days in rpgs, and several battles have actually challenged me, which I can't say many other games have. The storyline and hidden dungeons actually rival the best Final Fantasies. The humor within the storyline is excellent, and has made me laugh on more than one occasion. All that said, I've logged nearly thirty hours on this, and I haven't even gotten to the Monastery in Lifewood yet. All in all, this game is an excellent, and rare find. Psuedolonewolf, you have my gratitude for making such an awesome game.
Holy. Crap. I wish I could give the Samus one over five stars. o.o That is like... The most epic picture I've EVER seen drawn on a paint-like program. o.o
There's a bug that happens when you fight. No damage comes up at all, and you can't click anything. The equipment and such on your character comes up with the description, but it basically just plays the rooms animation of your last attack without the damage over and over and over.
I've been sitting here five minutes staring at my character attack a red slime, with no damage coming up. The first hit out of the battle had damage, but that's it. And when I load, the save file is deleted, so I can't just refresh and load it before I went down a level in the dungeon.
I'm stuck on 11. >_> Anyway... This one kicks more ass than the first. ^_^ Mostly because of the story part. :P And don't rate the game low because you are stuck on level 1... If you're stuck on level one you're probably an idiot... Don't rate a game lowly because you're an idiot...
