My launcher also isn't working and I have been unable to login for over a week. Where do I find the login and password? I can't play this game on Kong anymore.
I can confirm that the strategy of "shaving" the meteors by hitting the sides helps. Always shield, Never turret. The turret is more likely to Hurt, rather than help you. Only hit a meteor if you believe it'll otherwise hit your main turret. The game doesn't tell how many seconds until you die, so find a music track that's ten minutes long and start it right before starting an attempt at the hard badge. You'll know you've succeeded when the music stops. I used a ten minute video for the Max Mesiria boss theme, lasting 624 seconds. Good luck!
I found this game through Badge Master by asking for an unearned medium badge. As the badge did not require them, I soon started avoiding going out of my way to get the stars. I enjoyed the music, and the puzzles are pretty easy. Level 13 was as bad as the previous comment pointed it out to be. Specifically, a sugar cube automatically hits the first of a series of sugar cube stacks, causing the sugar to fall and block the exit. I think it is barely possible to get the two snails to the exit before the sugar falls. However, you have to shoot them so fast that it becomes a matter of luck if they land into the exit because you have no time to aim properly. That and the sugar gets in the way. Passing level 13 took me roughly two dozen attempts. The last few levels also took some attempts because the bumpers took some getting the hang of. Their number seems to indicate how much they bounce you. I also enjoyed the brief cutscenes used to introduce new mechanics.
I can confirm that the API for this game still works. In order from easiest to hardest, operation 2, 1, and finally 3. I was easily able to finish the second operation with no health loss multiple times in a row, while for the first, I passed with one health twice in a row. Passing the third operation required three attempts for me. While this game is relatively short and fun to play, it seems pretty cruel to have to restart the whole game if you mess up too much on the third operation. The third operation requires good reflexes, as it is pretty much mandatory to set the stake with the spacebar at the first attempt if you want a good chance at getting past the ax part, which involves a very precise clicking minigame. You have to do three exact clicks, possibly in a row. I feel pretty lucky I only needed three attempts, as this was my first time attempting the medium badge in a while. In general, the game shows its status as an old-school flash game but is still enjoyable.
I can confirm that the API for this game still works. The game was fun and had a nice mix of shooter and puzzle elements. The soundtrack was also enjoyable. Early levels: Survival Shooter, Middle levels: Puzzle, Late levels: Survival Shooter and can be cheesed to a point. I generally didn't get any bonus from completing the levels because a single death on a level takes away the entire bonus for that level. I ended up with 13,238 points. The parts where I had to use recoil to slip past a hail of enemy bullets and that puzzle on level 21 were the most difficult. It's a good thing the comments gave an answer key for that level 21 puzzle. That recoil trick for getting past the hails felt like a glitch to me at times.
I'm pleased that my new character, John Maker, made the Star Man during his debut game. I tried to practice by doing a round of the arcade mode since it had been a while since I last played, and then it didn't go very well. I got 11 points, then seemed to forget how to bend the ball during the tryouts while starting a new career. I knew from experience that the boss always gives a free NRG drink if you are tired from training. I trained my Pace from 3 to 6, then did the same for my Vision. It seems the training paid off. That, and taking some advice to only shoot if you are sure of making it. Instead, I focused on passing the ball to my teammates. I made four passes and three assists during the game. That seemed to make the boss, my team, and my fans all happy. Wish me luck during the rest of my career, and I wish you luck if you plan on starting or continuing a career.
I spent the past few days playing this time for the majority of my time so I could finally get the badge for beating the stage where you get the Gem of Eternity. Although there were times where it seemed impossible to process, thanks to much determination and some help from old forum posts that allowed me to learn about RO supergeming, I was able chisel away at this amazing feat. That last badge isn't too difficult, it only requires persistent effort and a RO supergem for the last stages. I had a great time, thank you.
I can confirm that the API still works. To make earning the badge even easier, set your deck strength to 2500 and the computer's to 1500. Even so, it took me a while to realize how you could attack the computer. This game has that old flash game vide to it, and it's an enjoyable experience.
I can confirm that the API still works. I just barely beat the last level with 120 health by nuking the last mammoth because I ran out of rockets. Sometimes you'll one-shot a mammoth with a rocket and other times you'll only dent their health bar. I found the game to be pretty fun.
I can confirm that the API still works, as I just got the easy badge. I found considerable success with the sniper rifle weapon. It will easily take off half a health bar if a shot from it is landed.
