Suggestion: loot filter should seperate between ring and pendant. I only want pendant but i am getting ring as well cos the filter groups both as "accessory"
Thanks for trying to balance out the augments. But instead of making them more powerful (giving huge stats multiplier per lvl), is it possible to break them down into smaller spikes so that they are more attainable and it feels like there is some progress (lesser stats gain and lesser time taken to level them up as well)
This patch has truely made this game into a full idle game. Previously, I could still play around with augments can get some decent upgrades to progress and rebirth within 30 to 60 mins. Now, I literally have to leave it for hours before I can get back the same number to rebirth.
I have only been playing for days and there was still some active things to do previously, now it has become totally passive. My rating for this dropped from a 4* to a 2*
I'm still working on dialling in the progress on things like augments. Give it some time, I'll be constantly taking feedback and adjusting in the next days.
GG. Its was bad enough that enemy goes 1st 80% of the time and there was already a 1st mover advantage. Now with the new patch, the 1st mover advantage got EVEN STRONGER. Previously there was still some hope of winning when going second, now there is none. The AI bot will win more than 80% of the time since they usually go first.
Gameplay wise, its definitely an improvement (nicer graphics, less lag, more heroes, skills and units) so its just the user experience with the UI that is putting me off.
Furthermore, in the "formation" screen, you can only see the stats of units that are not currently in the formation. You cannot see the stats of your hero or units currently in formation there. This is a major flaw because you need to be able to compare the stats of units easily in the formations page to make a decision of which units to use. Then, if you want to unlock a unit, you have to exit the formation page, go to the units page and unlock it, the n go back to the formations page before being able to use that unlocked unit (at the same time incurring 6 more instances of that loading gate....). The only reason I am spending so much effort writing this is because I really enjoyed the Epic War series but i am quite disappointed with how the later sequels are turning out...
The pay2win thing isnt that much of a concern for me because well, developers need to make a living too. What bugs me the most is how jarring the user interface is. Everytime i click on a menu button, that gate comes sliding down and there is that mini "loading" time. To go from the "units" screen to the "formation" screen or any of the other screens, you have to quit the former and before going into the latter, thus incurring 4 instances of the gate crashing loading screen. It it so disrupting to navigate around.
Nice game! Although I wish there was more use for gold. I am only at the 3rd last stage and i already have all the blacksmith upgrades maxxed plus an extra 100k gold.(I replayed the stages a few times to get the 3 stars)
Blacksmith prices are next on our 'to-do' list! We're looking at either increasing the price of the upgrades or decreasing the amount of gold you find throughout the gameplay. Due to some of the changes we made recently, the Blacksmith didn't pan out in pricing as well as it had before the changes. Thanks for the feedback, it is appreciated!
It would be nice if there was a quick battle button(just auto attacks all the way) or an easier way to normal attack monster by just having an attack icon on the monster itself(similar to the "?" icon) so that I can just smash monsters quickly without having to move my mouse to and fro. AWESOME game though!!
