This is a great free MMO, much betterthen any free 3d mmo i've ever played. My personal favrite all time is Ragnarok online, but only because of the card drops, If i had a suggestion, add special drop items from monsters!!
Just wanted to say that thi is a well thought out game. Buggy, and imbalanced, but it can eaisly be patched, and made better. I'm enjoying it so far.
My only suggestion is to do something about the early downtime you get between the early building craze, and finding a castle to attack. Maybe a low level dungeon / tower that scales up per 1k fame, up to 10k to fit you estimated level seems like a well rounded number This should keep lowbies occupied.
