Actually, it'd be really nice if more people used the other two channels; the AI gets boring after a while >_> and I always see people other than myself on here, but they never respond.
Would be nice if you could vs the AI with other players as well or make rooms where you and a few friends can play and have the AI fill in the blank team spots =x.
Re-do defense and armors; lower the benefit of hp gained and include an actual defensive mechanism that decreases damage; as of right now the 1k+ increase in hp is worthless when there are monsters doing 500+ and dragons that hit for 1.4k. For example; level 1 armor increases hp by 500 and lowers damage taken by 5%.
7), or make them appear in intervals: every 8 or 10 days a dragon appears; giving players enough time to nab a Divine Edge. It'd also be nice if high-end swords were actually capable of fighting them.
(and holy cow the formatting is atrocious here....)
1. Make the Life-span bar actually useful: allow it to grant certain buffs that scale with Character level, so the lower it is the more benefits you get (which will be removed upon a refill).
2. Either cut down the wolf's damage output or lower its attack speed even more: it's still a nuisance, especially later on when it becomes the second strongest monster in terms of damage.
3. Increase Divine Edges appearance a day before 8 (like a 35% increase).
4. The Golem needs to attack slower, MUCH SLOWER; right now it's basically a wolf that can tank and has decent attack speed.
5. Re-arrange the costs of items: make the soul-shrines a set value per increment; like 50 for the first 3 days, then 100/150 on day 4-6.
6. Give level ups more meaning by scaling it with certain perks such as a slower life-span drain (which you can toggle on/off), better starting gear/stats/higher start-up gold.
(continued on next response)
@darklife5555 - If your lazy, then just latch all 3 of your bubbles onto 1 of the 3 purple's in the front, then cut off half or more of your green bubbles; that should immediately give you a beefed up green bubble. Use your new bubble along with any remaining greens with 40 or more hp and attack the middle bubble or either the top/bottom purples. That should considerably even out the playing field. =l
So out of curiosity: Anyone figure out how to kill the Dusk Dragon, and is it possible to finish the Wizard hunt quest? Because something tells me it's unfinishable >_>...
Random question, but: how do you get the composition page to show up when talking to Susan. I've only had it appear for that one quest, and didn't pay enough attention to find out how to activate that window again.
I believe some of the difficulty lies in some very flawed game mechanics: your character is quite stiff and ranged units have a very easy time picking you off because of it. Another issue is the lack of save points. Restarting a boss stage where there's 1 nailgun user and 2 robots prior to the showdown really makes it difficult to fight the boss on even terms as most of the time I find myself with less than 50% hp when reaching him.
The later stages greatly exploit how you can't dodge every bullet on the screen by throwing 2 flying turrets at you and ranged ground units. The worst part about the game in my opinion is the fact that your character seems have turning issues after a roll or when regaining his balance. I usually find myself facing the opposite direction of the mobs; and no: I can't wait a second for my guy to turn himself around, because by then its GG.
Aliens definitely need better enhancements as their campaign progresses. By stage 26 it becomes obvious that your side's made of tin foil and any weapon they possess does about as much damage as a squirt gun.
I wonder if there's an indepth guide around, because even with most of the starter medals you can get on casual/laptop mode: it's still not enough.
Trying for the imp badge so I'm doing another casual run on no marked mods to prepare and I am completely struggling once I get to day 20+.
Is there any guides to help you last atleast up to 150 days, because the game seems to force to either get the right unit/skill sets or you suffer from tax/wages/ramped up difficulty.
Uploading to a new server, sorry for that "orz
