Word of advice to anyone playing focus on powerup when upgrading. I got the 90% accuracy badge on Insane mode because I got larger paddle and had lots of shots and just went crazy. Makes the game a lot easier :)
Absolutely hate that if you land to close to an edge it won't let you jump you just fall in. Levels like 33 would be amazingly fun if you could just jump, jump, jump. Who cares if taking away the jump timer would make it easier theres 50 levels for crying out loud and without it all of them would be 10x more fun. Congratulations on designing such a unique game I just wish you had implemented the idea a bit better
Hey this probably sounds really stupid but I really don't understand this game. I mean I get that you click and drag from one of your cells to the other ones but I can't for the life of me get remotely close to beating the very first level. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.
The boss is just stupidly hard. The controls are not near good enough to expect the kind of control necessary to beat this thing. Game is almost entirely based on luck with a tad bit of skill mixed in. Beat it but everything cool I did took me by surprise.
Kinda bummed. Got the best weapon (duck of death) at level 24 so I stopped playing after the first boss. With nothing better to buy the fun of the game was pretty much ruined. Never died either so I guess it's just a really easy game...
I'm completely disappointed that this game got any badges what-so-ever. This is an absolutely horrible game that combines horrible art with even worse game play. The fact that it is so buggy only adds to the annoyance. On one of the first levels I would randomly fall through platforms even though they were completely lit up. I understand that the point of the graphics was to have that "eerie" look to it but in my opinion you completely missed eerie and instead landed upon a mix of cheap and cheesy. What a complete and total waste of everyone's time, especially the creator.
The funny part is a lot of people actually believe that there is more to this game then just a repeating set of easily lame puzzles. The fact is there isn't. Some people spent far to much time trying to figure it and finally made this same realization but instead of admitting it they decided to say that there is something really cool about this game...there isn't don't waste your time.
One of the most annoying badges ever! haha finally got it with 60k no idea where that score came from but thank god it did. Goodluck everyone else that still is trying to get it
Woah! I beat the game and then tried to redo a level to get a lower kill count and it just started flashing between all the different levels and sayings and lives and all kinds of stuff.
One of the worst games I've ever seen have a badge. You'll lose a few times just trying to read what all the different things do. Play this game for the card and then find a game actually worth playing.
Anyone know why I'm getting an error saying that it's failing to load the class 'Ship'. This tutorial has nothing in it about what to do if something goes wrong. There was nothing in the tutorial about how to make it load the class and I have all my lines exactly the way it is in the tutorial. I tried reading the Help Page on Flash but it was more confusing than helpful. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
Alright I have the all-time high score. Here's some ideas. More enemies and def more levels. I spent like 10mins on level 2. Upgradeable shield. Possibly able to buy small ships as an upgrade. Make upgrade screen pause game and possibly eliminate 'Nuclear' or at the least make it so it doesn't kill bosses.
Good Luck
Bonus Level 5 isn't even very hard it's just that it becomes so inconsistant after you make like 6 copies of yourself that it causes a paradox even when you don't even move after reentering the time-machine
Flaw: Enforced Silence ruins Sniper Bots Activate ability because it causes you to automatically go to attack phase. Minor problem true but still should definitely be fixed. Either reword the Enforced Silence card to include more than just playing of cards or find away to activate without attacking.
I still don't get it...I followed all the advice but when the bat came he just wiped out the whole web and then when I tried to rebuild the little strands I was able to make got taken out quickly and I died before catching anything but like 2 flies. I don't even see how it's possible really.
Honestly shouldn't green and purples do the trick to get a really high tower. Even if the purples are on end the only way it would lean to a side is if theres wind of some sort or if the blocks weren't placed precisely right. So either there's wind that isn't illustrated or mentioned or the game automatically deviates (either left or right) a tad for each piece. I'm not even talking about at high altitudes. Because unless something changes it's just as likely to happy at highs as it is at lows unless there's some unknown force. I could be wrong though
The best example of lazy programming that i've seen in a while. The overuse of the same dull enemies even in 'boss' fights, the lack of a weapon higher than 12, the quickness of the bot, and the lack of contact between you and other bots. Seriously how does a game this bad even get a badge? If you weren't so lazy you might have thought to have a purchase upgrades option at the end of each objective so that if someone wanted to make their bot go so fast that you literally can bounce of the walls mostly unscathed they could. Kills = Money Money = Upgrades (better shielding, faster speed, better weapons) Luckily for me I didn't run into any glitches or bugs which from looking at the comment board is rather unusual. If you ever plan on making a sequel (and I pray you don't) try putting some actual time and effort into it. "But Adam then I have to write a lot more code and drink more coffee so I can stay up past 8 o'clock and I'm just not willing to do that" Yeah...it shows
