Dumb Guide for this game.
1) Patterns > Words. Finish up the patterns before doing the words.
2) When idiots are spamming during a pattern, get a team to spam the same item (1 a, 1 b, 1 c for alphabet) so that it somehow gets in. All patterns must be done in a group.
3) Since Patterns > Words, don't spam for people to try clearing your board. Wait for all the patterns to be done before the rest.
This game is easy, but you get idiots in the game so....this guide appears.
New Tyrant 101 for newbies: 1) Don't sell your cards until.... just don't sell. 2) Join newbie factions tailored for low levels to join. 3) Buy energy upgrades whenever possible. 4) Buy gold packs, they will last you until level 20. 5) At level 10 join Tyrant fansite via tyrant.40in.net 6) Join Kongregate room 1 chat for extra aid. 7) Go through the main missions as fast as you can. 8) Save War Bonds for Promos, and Shards for Worldship and later packs.
don't follow @legendarypilot. Never ever sell your cards because you never know when you need it. Unless you got like insane number of copies (like 20) but still.
@funnybird207, to play in a faction, you must first join/create a faction. For beginners, I highly recommend you to join a faction. Factions start accepting players from a specific level and card pool, with the majority starting from level 30 onwards. However, search around and you can find factions that help players learn how to do a faction war. Hope that helps
Hi kakarotcarrot, in Tyrant, "guilds" here are called factions. Factions are meant for people to compete in team competitive events such as Conquest and Faction Wars. Most factions do not accept newbies, and at least 75% of the factions have a level requirement. Factions usually begin to accept people from level 30 with higher ranking factions higher. Also, a good card pool is needed to join a decent faction.
@just520520, get up to a higher level, get onto tyrant fansite and wait until you reach level 30 or so, factions will start to accept pple at around that range.
@ krackenker within battle you click on tatics and there is a button telling to switch with backup. Then you can choose any person that you havent played an action with yet and swap. Also using this function you can make another person attack first.
@ThaFooza if you meant within each faction war, you can actually put your mouse over the person's name to see the damage dealt/received. However, if you meant TOTAL damage dealt/received, maybe that should be impletmented
hmm 60k for a purity pack. Honestly a good way to reward those that are more active. Besides you can choose whether you want to buy in the first place, without making the game too easy for the people.
anyone knows why I can't get into the europe servers and america servers, but can enter the russia server, even though I am further away from russia then the other 2 countries?
