Don't go for ANY resistance, just infect. Make sure you start with Sneezing/Coughing and buy the one you don't have. Remember, the easier your virus can be killed within the host or hospital, the more you can spread before the shit hits the fan.

Hit detection pretty much sucks, weapons system's are pretty glitchy, and there's no sounds. 2/5 for effort.
