Funny, creative, and pretty well-voiced. You put a lot of great work into it. I know that the dialogue is slow, but honestly, it's a very small gripe. I do think the teeth as health thing is a bit too complex for a simple game like this though, especially since dying has no consequence anyway. But still, top marks for a funny game.
This is a fun game that anybody could use just to relax and move the mouse around since dying only puts you out of play for five seconds. However, it would've been nice to know which constellation has which name after encountering them or getting the redeemer achievements for them. Otherwise, I have to roam around and hope to find the right constellation.
I dig it. It's like a smaller and quicker version of The Swapper. I do agree with the others that the gravity is way too fast though. It makes trying to jump to high platforms too annoying sometimes.
What is up with these sudden string of people that want to rate a game 1 out of 5 because there's no mute button? Don't any of the other features of the games matter?
I managed to beat the game with all stars way before I reached 5,000 enemies or bought the best ship and weapon. I think there might be a balancing issue here.
So I see two top comments that are saying this game is laggy but... I've played the entire demo just now and I haven't experienced a hint of lag. So where is this lag coming from?
Pushing the boxes can get a little trick sometimes as I find that they will snag against the edges of other boxes, but it's a very creative and fun spin on hangman. The level editor is very intuitive and easy to use as well. This definitely needs more love.
Nice to see you're expanding by putting more classic Mar-- er, totally original Maniac enemy types. However, having four achievements dedicated to checking out links seems too ostentatious.
It's an average Q-Bert clone. It doesn't really seem very lively though with the boxes just shifting from cube to cube with no animation. At least I can't fall off in this one.
I've been coming back here to play this game for 2 weeks straight so I could finally beat it. I have to say, it really drew me in... there's something really satisfying about continually upgrading my gems and I like how combining them can make potentially useful dual-colored gems. Once I completely beat this, I'll be sure to check out Chapter 0 next.
