Awkward moment when you can just hold X and spam Z and win the game.
@Cloak, I'm pretty sure he is using an If statement so that if the player hits a certain colour (the one outlining the walls), he won't fall to the floor.
There should be options to make the bloons who have statuses such as frozen or glued able to be prioritised. Its annoying when my cannon right next to my freeze tower shoots at the ones who slip past it in-between shots.
I must say, I'm dissapointed that this is part of the yo dawg quest, while its alright for the first five minutes its still very simple. My sister just told me she plays this, shes 6.
A few hints for people going for the 30 achievement badge. Once you get the upgrade so that you start off with 1000 cash, go back to the first level. If you havn't gotten it on expert yet, spam the entire map with basic turrets, hold N and you'll win easily.
From here you have two options, go for 400 turrets (is the turrets max) or the bombs, I chose towers first. If you want you can play through the level by doing what I said above and getting more upgrade points OR you can just choose restart mission after you've placed all your turrets/used all your bombs.
Following this guide will get you at least 12 medals very quickly, and maybe 15 (can't confirm). '+' so people can see it.
A few handy hints for the newer players!
#1 when you enter the Armory (Cpl. Rank and Higher) you can buy new weapons with ingame cash by pressing the green coin with a Z on it
#2 You unlock a new map at Sgt. its much bigger
#3 Kills and Killstreaks don't do anything AT THE MOMENT, Wins are the most important for getting lots of money and XP
#4 Right Click to lock onto an enemy then we get within the range of your weapon
#5 Press R to unleash your secondary weapons special ability (Rail gun doesn't have one)
#6 Scouts can kill enemy gunners and units with low hp trying to run to base
#7 Techs are typically used to heal and hold the CP. Pressing Q will place a turret. Stand right next to the turret and press Q to upgrade it
#8 Gunners are normally used to snipe enemies from a range. Use the Q to hit a lot more critical's and deal heaps of damage
#9 Tanks are used to hold the CP and deal heaps of damage there.
