Triangular girders are the only way to complete this game. That's why real bridges are built like that ;).
Level 8 complete with $9600 over. I think 7 was the hardest, the joints are weak under tension so I had to hang three steel cables from one of the fixed points.
A good concept, but needs some work I think. 4/5 in this state. Comments:
- Red and green are not clever colours for colourblind people :P. You should have one dark and one bright or something. I couldn't tell which player owned which rings with the small ones!
- The computer opponent is rather stupid. I'd rather fight an even fight with an intelligent enemy than fight at 1v3 odds against a dumb one
- The strategy for the large rings is to let the opponent weaken them first. I am not sure if it would work as multiplayer as both players would try to do that ...
Overall though good game.
Far too much luck involved. The viewport needs to be wider so you stand some chance of actually hitting platforms/coins by skill. And considering that the only way to get the hard badge is to be extremely lucky on day 1, a restart badge is a ridiculous omission.
Why is this still up on the 4th? Good April Fool, fair play, but keeping it on the multiplayer list and the high-rated list seems a bit wrong.
Also, please release the real thing ;)
There is a major glitch whereby it won't let you through a door ... I can't complete level 2 because of it (I've tried 4 times and it won't let me through the horizontal doors).
Very laggy (and I have a dual core modern computer, no internet game should be this slow), and rather monotonous. There's only so much click-drag-release you can do before getting bored, and it's less than this. Only played to level 15 for the card. 3/5: well executed but not much of an idea.
It's a good game. It runs very slowly though and I suspect that makes some of the 'run the blue field gauntlet' levels harder than they should be. (The first one, level 3 or whatever it is, I had to make a portal on the far side by aiming through a one pixel gap, which I don't think is how it's supposed to be completed.)
Currently stuck on level 37 as I can't work out how to get into the bottom middle compartment.
It won't load for me (Firefox 1.5, Flash 9) ... I get the splash screen and the loading bar then it just sticks on a black screen. A shame as I've played Dolphin Olympics (the first one) and it's a great idea.
Interesting concept, but several problems make it not be fun. Impossible paths (eg where you have to head towards a wall and even if you shoot it, it comes towards you and hits you) are the most common, but hitting something because the game paused (those just feel like glitches) and having a block dislodge and come down the only clear path also make it frustrating.
2/5
Nice take on the age old 'spot the difference' genre. All the screens are very dark though, and on the one with the TV there was something in the darkness that I found with random clicking that I couldn't see even when it was flashing.
