I don't know how to get back into the game. I got to the first crystal in the forest. Now when the game starts I see a circle with Matt and various images. I would think one would be the town or a place to go, but none take me anywhere.
I don't like the way the hedgehog 'steers'... Not intuitive at all... screen is not large enough to see the bounce pads, you need to 'luck' into them, at least that's my point of view.
Where is the 'save' file? The "New King in Town" badge says it can be achieved from any difficulty level and any 'save' file. I played the game last week and made some progress. I come back today and my only option is 'New Game'. I did not see a save option last week. I thought the game had an 'autosave' feature, but I don't see last weeks progress.
I realize Kongregate doesn't like to badge Idle games. But, I think this game deserves a badge, even if it's only an Easy badge. Killing 1 million bricks takes some time and effort. The badge would only be awarded if all achievements are done and 1 million bricks is reached. Badge could be called "Million Bricks and All"
With the 5 Prestige resets and increased speed at the end, a million bricks still takes time. I've spent more time on this 'idle' game doing achievements than I have on some interactive games with an 'Easy' badge. Just my opinion.
Thank you for the walk-through. I would never been able to complete the game without the the walk-through. Even with it, it took me a couple hours to read and follow the instructions. There are a few typos in the walk-through. E.g. Sec 5, step 7 ...'Remove all lightbugs from the plant...', should be 'from the orb'. Other than than, interesting story and puzzle. Nice effects with the lightbugs and colors and even tetris. I stuck with it to the end.
This game should have a badge. I don't have any 'appropriate' suggestions for a badge name, just that I think the game is deserving of one. At least a 'medium' badge.
A badge is live now! The badge name is totally appropriate because it is referring to the Fountain of Youth and nothing else, obviously. Any connections to any Seinfeld reference is purely coincidental.
It seems the game does not track progress. I completed the first four levels and the first challenge. Achievements still showed 0 (zero) completed levels. Closed and reopened the game and was awarded the Badge of the Day. (Chrome and Windows 8.1)
