Having read all the earlier posts about not throwing the plane backwards... well curiosity got the best of me and I guess I just had to try it.
Immediately after a strange black substance began spewing uncontrollably from every faucet in my house, my dog got violently ill, the city went dark, the economy crashed, my place of employment burned to the ground and my ex-wife showed up at my door demanding alimony.
Next time, I'll just take everyone's word for it.
