Very nice first game! However, I'd like to point out a common bug: If you right-click to open up a menu, you can move your mouse anywhere. If you then click on the red circle, you've essentially skipped the level. One fix to this bug is to make a movable "character" icon that moves with the cursor, but with a maximum speed. That way, the character icon won't instantaneously teleport from one location to another.
Time-Saving Mini-Reactor Trick: To collect from a Mini-Reactor and the main Generator at the same time, click on the Mini-Reactor first. Whenever it's ready to collect, click once on the main Generator you'll collect from both!
When building a weapon, don't waste any money on homing... Just a homing factor of 1 about doubles your cost! Don't worry about area either. To get best results, use 3-5 of the same custom weapon. Make the energy 10 (the minimum), the firing rate around 1.9, and use the rest of the money for shot power.

TO GET THE CARD:
No skill required, just a moderate amount of luck. Do a time game, and keep the Down key pressed the entire time. The cakes should start falling like crazy, and about 1/2 the time, three birds will be crushed before the time ends, and you've earned the card!
On some stages, if you suicide before the starting flag, you'll get a huge headstart! In Outlands: Ski Jumps, you'll even teleport straight to the end! It takes about 15 seconds to get $100 money this way.
