Fixing Brenner: how about one point for a win and one point for every five losses? Winning still gives a clear advantage, but the less strong players are no longer driven out. Better for everyone!
Dear devs, please fix Brenner. You have far too few active players to run it, meaning I end up fighting the same 20-odd players over and over and over. This is not only absurd but it's endlessly frustrating. Can't be much fun for anyone else, either. Thank you.
Solid tactical fight game which should keep players happily challenged for a few hours. The difficulty jumps a bit unevenly, but a combination of grinding and good tactical play will see you through. May be one of the hardest 'Medium' badges to get, due to the difficulty of the final fight, but careful play will get you the win. Recommended.
I laughed my head off when I found out what 'The Treatment' was! So logical, and yet so wrong! :D Another good Door game! Point & Click adventure fans should really enjoy it.
Good solid puzzle game for those that like them (Which I do!). Nothing too complicated, with the item combining being logical where needed and everything discoverable through careful investigation. Only drawback for me was the keyboard only controls, but that's a minor quibble in a good game.
The animation is really good and I like the concept of using the 'warped house' as a metaphor for mental health, but the amount of repetition required to get the exact timing right on some of these levels makes the game more of a chore than it should be. I realise that is part of the metaphor, but it reduces the fun element which is what truly makes a game playable. Being a bit more forgiving on the timing would've made for a better game, IMO. None of that makes it a bad game, just one that could have been better.
I've tried Opera, Firefox, Chrome & even IE with no luck. Same message every time: 'We have released a new version of Shop Heroes. Please refresh your browser to load the latest version.' No amount of cache-clearing or refreshing helps. Game will not load at all past that screen.
Possibly the most annoyingly picky game I have ever started to play. 'Oh no, you can't attack this with that! Or that with this! Been playing ten minutes? Join a faction! Don't want to? Tough! Your screen will be blocked out by the message until you do!' And don't even get me started on build times for stuff in my base... This game is one long exercise in frustration and best avoided, IMO. Not recommended.
Interesting, compelling and narrative driven. Asks some interesting questions without trying to tell you what your answer should be, which is always a good approach. The only thing I disliked was that the devs seem to have been unsure how to end the game, but that's a fairly minor quibble. Overall, a good game and well worth playing.
One of the better spot the difference games, despite being far too dark and with the occasional blurry image towards the end. A pause button would also be useful for those inevitable real life interruptions. Nonetheless, worth playing for anyone who likes this type of game.
I'm liking this more the more I see of it. Not perfect (A 'heal most wounded ally' option for the cleric would be good) but a good solid game. Added points for the Princess Bride reference (ROUS? Ooh, yeah! :D)
The graphics are very good and the premise is bound to interest Isekai fans. However, the content provided is far too short to act as a reliable demo. We get to see what fighting is like and how the reincarnation system works, but that's all. Does losing every fight result in a whole game restart? Is the whole game on railroad tracks or just the beginning? Are there non-combat options and what do they do? I don't think demos are a bad thing, but I think this is far too short to fairly show off what this game is actually like. If reincarnation is to be a major part of the game, a skip dialogue option would also be very useful.
As short as the game is (Only four levels, currently. No, the others don't unlock for perfect scores in the first four), it's actually a lot more fun than you might expect. Get your timing wrong too often and your new favourite blonde will go splat as the boulder catches her. A fun game to play if you have a half hour or so to spare.
Thank you for your suggestion Commander
