This SERIOUSLY needs in-game tutorials... at least something that pops up and says click and hold to do anything. I finally built up a castle around my guy but they broke through... i realize you can get archers... but most people dont read. More ingame explanation. Polish it up.
controls and physics are messed up... while pressing right-arrow after a jump, my truck went counter-clockwise... yet pressing left-arrow tried to make the truck go clockwise... very very screwy
This was a really creative game. The only thing I wish i could change would be telling us how we did after every picture/test. Show us the questions again, what we guessed, and what the right answer was. Then give us a % for the set, and a total running % for everything we've done so far. Have a title screen with each test on it as a "level" so we can jump to certain ones that we've completed in a certain % already.
A Number of things that could've made this a little better. 1) A game with graphics as simple as these should in no way be this sluggish. your ship should be able to go back and forth faster and the gun should be more responsive. 2) With as little room as you have between your ship and the top of the screen, once a ship is destroyed, the explosion animation should not be hit tested against. Lasers should be able to pass through that so that you can move on to the next ship... not wait for the fire to go away. 3) I didn't like the ammo idea... had to buy more and it seemed, compared to the other upgrades, that i'd have to play for a really long time doing repetitive left-right-spacebar repetitions
chocoman01, having a screen that says "You need to refresh the page to retry" is pure laziness. There should be a button that takes your Developer tag from your screenname because this isnt even a game.
no no no no no no no no no no no no. If you have a vertically scrolling game like this... why would left and right rotate your ship? left right should strafe your ship left and right. this makes no sense. 1/5
Excellent game... i liked most of the improvements to the game from Hands of War... I wished the end-game armor set could've been based on which points you had placed into which trees as I had 2-3 piece of armor that had WAY more +Agil than the end-game stuff had... it seemed more based to a medium balance instead of something you'd expect to be custom tailored to a "World-Saving Hero"... all in all... beautifully done!
