No saving is almost criminal, especially since you must sit through the instructions every time. Jumping over pits is super annoying when the camera follows your character. Overall it's a fun game but these things really take away from the fun.
Very fun but you should at least mention Frantic's "influence." I mean, some parts (especially a few of the bosses) seem lifted directly out of Frantic.
The lore addition is interesting. It's currently somewhat broken because it's impossible to collect enough books to identify any of the higher level items. (I'm level 20 with a mithril sword and dragonscale armor and have been wandering around dungeons collecting books.. to no avail) Very nice additions, though. Even these few updates make a vast difference. Keep it up. :)
For such an early version I found it nicely entertaining. I hope you continue to develop this game because with the proper additions it will be quite fun. One observation: for a game focused on loot gathering, the inventory seems a bit small. Good luck, sirs. I await the next version.
Decent little game. I see two main problems: First, as others have said, you're penalized for killing monsters too soon, as gold flies off the screen. Second, clicking the gold after madly clicking the enemies kinda sucks. That said, the variety of options is welcome and everyone likes leveling. :)
It seems like it could be a fun, engaging game. No one likes to miss 19/20 attacks, though, even at the beginning of a game. More frustrating than fun.
