I don't have a haggle or suggest button at all. I tried googling it and I saw that most people have it next to the buy and sell buttons, but I don't. Please help!

Great game, 5/5. Love the music and the graphics, plus the easter egg on level 15 :) I especially enjoyed level 18, just before the chicken boss wielding the broken axe :P
Issues: At the end, nothing happens, only four towers, no mute, a random machine gun and fire barrel that do nothing, and based off a tutorial.
Good things: Epic music, pretty good enemy graphics. I like the cartoony style.
