Got to the end game, and I LOVE IT! I can't wait to see where you take it. I'd love to have a story told through chapters, but it's a tough thing to do... Especially with the tediousness of dragging things onto the farm.
One way I could see to "fix" this is to click to turn on a crop, then click on the squares to place. Or not. :)
Keep up the good work!
I ran into the TypeError as well. It was specifically with the guard whose path is long and twisty. If he "sees" you on his way back, he runs in to the other guard and the game crashes.
1. If I can't buy something, it should gray out IMMEDIATELY - right now, it takes a second. || 2. The upgrades on the pickaxe didn't pop on until the next level (lvl 10 upgrade didn't unlock until lvl 11). || 3. I don't really understand ANY of this. Why am I mining? Why should I keep going? Is there a point? It used to be okay to have a random idle game, but the genre has really evolved. I need to know why I'm doing this. I need to SEE that I'm progressing, instead of just getting a higher number of "claim".
1. Yes, I agree. I lowered refresh to improve performance to try to reduce some of the issues people were having.
2. I believe you are mistaken about this.
3. This a very deep question. The "why" is a tough one. I don't know. There is no point really. If you are enjoying yourself then I suppose that's why. Seriously though, this is a fairly simple game. Low stress. Some people like that, some don't.
Thanks for the feedback.
I'd like to be able to still get the delivery of a golden sugar or red soda can thing. If I'm living delivery to delivery, I can't afford to miss out on one just cuz it's special, as much as clicking on them would help me...
I would like to see completed achievements jump to the top of the list so that I can collect them easily, without having to scroll the whole list to find the one I finished.
this is a error with the unity webplayer and webgl. It seems that it only occurs on some computers if this is the same one that happened to @DaeganXavier. I am very sorry that you had to experience this glitch, but I am unable to fix this unless Unity Updates there webplayer/webgl.
Hi!
That's weird, all the game is wrapped in Kongregate and we don't do any weird operation. Maybe it's detecting that we are writing the savegames/game config and think that's insecure?
Good that it works well in Chrome :)
Cheers!

The endings are basically the same, only... Uh... Not. Obviously, in one he becomes older, and one he becomes younger. Beyond that, they're identical. Choose freely. :)
When I play in Firefox, I get past the initial menu, and then in the first scene, instead of beginning dialogue it sits and plays the pretty music, all of my cows and FTL charges disappear, and it's just a still image.
There's no winning, is there? I remember with Shape Fold that most of the complaint was "I hate that the pieces set and I have to start all over" and now it's "I hate that the pieces don't set, so it's too easy"! I liked this game. It was fast and easy, but you know what? It challenged me just enough, and there are some times I just want to sit down and do a quick little game. This is a great one for that!
With new update (playing on 3/19/15): (1) Text is too small on buy tags, so it's hard to see what the numbers say sometimes, expecially the longer ones. (2) When I buy things, I still can't see the number of doughnut shops I have. The UI has come SO FAR, but that's something that still bothers me. (3) I cannot see my cash upgrades. As in, I pull it up, and nothing is there for me to buy. But I know I don't have enough funds to buy out all the upgrades yet. I did accidentally click the "Quik buy" button on the AI upgrade page. NOTE: just refreshed, and they're back. I guess this is a bug? (4) Thank you guys so much for all your hard work. This game is good, it always has been, and you should be proud of yourselves not only for the product you've delivered, but for your dedication to the continuing improvement of it.
READ THE UPDATES BEFORE YOU POST YOUR COMMENTS. The devs have said they are working on it. They have said it is harder to fix right now. They have said they are sorry.
And idle games have BECOME ones that need offline progress. They used to have to be up and running to progress. Hence IDLE games. You leave it idle in the background to earn more. People didn't close them for weeks at a time to earn as much as possible. Kids these days.
