Terry, an easy way to get rid of defence turrets is to plant 2 thunder mines right beside them, and come back a little later when they disapear and finish it off with a few laser beams.

If you want to waste the time on the badge, do a double-row of dart towers down the middle, starting from the stop. Then do a double row on the tight line into the bottom left corner, and finish off by filling up the 'inset' near the bottom right. You should end up with a lopsided upside town "T". Don’t waste your money on any other towers, just use darts. The super monkey isn’t worth it.
