OK so I beat recruit, started all over again and beated Veteran. Now you're telling me I can't use that powerful shotgun I get for beating Recruit. How exactly does that work!?
With a 115% happiness boost from buildings, I soared happiness to 300%. Then when my city drew up a constitution, the city lost 135% happiness...somehow.
Politicians...tist tist.
OK so I finished every level, and in total there were at least 7 pipes or parts that I found no use out of it. Am I smarter than the game developers or does this game need a bit more tweaking?
This game has such unfriendly upgrades. I cannot upgrade without killing people with passive skills in the process. A bit of fix on this would be nice.
