@Kadjiin, you need to find all 7 treasures BEFORE you turn 18, if you're still under 18 then I dunno
@lingeringshadow, the "Active" skill randomly gives +ap at the start of your turn based on the level of the skill. if you have the mod on, you always get extra ap instead of randomly, but only half as much as normal.
