There is a background, but it doesn't come in until partway through because you're in some kind of crazy astral space world place.

As a shooter, this is good stuff, but what does it have to do with terrorism? Terrorism is a tactic of random attacks on civilians, it doesn't involve waves of fighter planes!

This is en excellent idea for a game, but it's not very well done. In version one this was excusable as just being a proof of concept, but it needs work.
Fun, very nice save feature. I agree that the levels are too easy for too long. After 5 levels I should start to feel challenged. Some music and maybe some moving black blocks would be a fun addition.
