The german Translation still contains some major mistakes. Protesters was translated to 'Protestanten' wich would be Protestants. The correct Translation of Protesters is 'Demonstranten'. Making political statements in public has nothing to do with religious believes...
Well, I know there is no use in saying something against the energy-system or against the pay content, because you wouldn't listen to it anyways. All that I ask from you is to rethink your prices. Come on, the smallest amount you can pay in this game is 50 Kreds wich is around 5$ and the biggest amount is 5000 Kreds wich is an insane 500$! You don't really believe that any sane person on this world would spend 500$ on a flash-based MMO at once, do you? If you would lower the prices, both you and the players willing to spend money would profit, I think. Anyways, I don't think you will see me again on this game unless it gets badges. Because I won't play any energy-limited MMOs WITH massive money-grabbing AND very long building times.
While playing the game I suddenly had to think 'this game will surely be forbidden in Russia'. After the game I clicked on the 'obstacles' button and was sure about it. Great game, great message. Hope to see more courageous games like this. Flash-games CAN transport political messages. And not just about stupid laws-initiatives effecting the freedom in the internet...
Damn straight! Games are just the combination of all other media, art+music+literature, rolled into a ball and made INTERACTIVE. They're amazing, and they can totally have a strong or profound message behind them. Check out an awesome Flash game called "dys4ia" if you haven't. Anyway, glad you liked the game :)
kupo, I heard that you are still making some translations. What languages are planned? If you're planning a german translation, I could help if you want. Just PM me.
For all those with problems with the screen size: The game doesn't scale. So if you have changed the zoom of your browser, the game might not fit into the window. To reset the zoom of your browser, click outside of the game and press Ctrl and 0 (zero). This works on FF and IE. Don't know if it's the same on Chrome or other browsers. (or go to View -> Zoom -> Normal in your Menu-Bar)
A function to sort workers by specialisation would be much approved. And it would be nice to be able to assign workers who finished their part of a running project to a new one without waiting until the whole project is finished.
You get an extra life (soul) every 4 Levels. You may restart at the beginning of your current level if you die, as long as you have a soul remaining, or you can use the soul to enter spirit world. So there is not allways a permadeath as many people believe.
@dragonalx: Have you played Epic War Saga? BEcaus EWS is the only MMO I've played so far with an energy limitation that's not annoying in my eyes.
They simply did the following: On a Level Up, you get 5 Skill Points witch you can spend on your stats or to rise your max energy. If you spend aroung half of them on your max energy, you are able to play through the (single-player) campaign in one sitting, due to energy-refills on level-up, but you are weaker in PvP. If you spend those points in your other skills, you are better in PvP but are slowed in your campaigning progress.
This system is perfect because it allows you to chose to only do the campaign fast without any PvPing (so you can get the badges really fast) or to do the PvP part without getting op to fast.
In LoH, the energy-system is just annoying for those who don't care about PvP, Brawls or Drafts.
And yet another Trading Card Game in witch you are unable to trade cards. And wich ruins continous gameplay by 'energy' limitations. And witch got badges....
Well ok, I won't complain, do the badges and then leave for good.May other players find this worthy of realy playing it.
@00dann It could also be a sphere. Although you are right that it is not a plane, especially no cartesian plane. But I still love the pun and the humor in this game. And I am a mathematician. ^^
Well, funny.
There are some issues, though. First it would be nice to see what you have to do to get all three stars. Sometimes I lost a sheep and still got 3 stars, sometimes only 2. Especially the Boss-Levels seem to be very forgiving to some major mistakes.
Second: Sometimes stones get stuck in Walls and just shudder around and after the wall disolves, they jump away in a seemingly random direction.
And a little too easy, I think. But maybe that's only because I'm too fast. ^^
Might be difficult for those playing on touchpads, though. Even impossible.
A realy nice idea und a good game. Only the last two levels were downers. They were not difficult, that's not the problem. But those non-turnbased Elements were a little annoying.
For all to read: When you give the trader the copy of your map-part, you don't seem to receive anything and he continues to tell you that he is selling a piece of paper. But allthough you can't see it in your inventory, you received another part of the map, so you're not glitched into being stuck. All you have to do is to find the other parts of the map, which also don't show in your inventory but are counted in your quest-log.
Quoting blakstor: "This game poorly grammered. make sense no hard to understand. ok srsly this game has very poor grammar as in the description there is lots of mistakes and ingame there is a few please fix cause i actually found it hard to understand what the description was trying to say"
Maybe not the wisest way to complain about grammatical errors. ^^
Anyway. The game is IS running very slow and laggy on older engines and even going to freeze sometimes. I would also prefer more possibilities to get skulls for I really want to get all upgrades somehow.
Other then that, it is a decent game.
Generally easy game. Very short. Only level which I thought shouldn't be in a game like this was Level 16 with the fast spinning stick. Maybe it's just me (or the netbook I played this game on), but it seems to me a little bit too luck-based for a puzzle game...
Oh and I found a serious Bug. If you played through the game and then restart it wothout refreshing, e.g. because you want to find the last PIPs you missed on your first play-through, You start the game with all the items you had in your inventory at the end of the game and some things like the codelock on the door of the exhibition revealed from the very beginning.
Hi,
Thanks for the offer, but I think we're going to remove the translations. It's too expensive to get good ones done for all languages, unfortunately.
That's kind of a funny mistake though...
