Very promising presentation and graphics but not very enjoyable, unfortunately. Moving is very hard since you have to click in the pre-defined zone and NOT on an enemy. Attacking is monotonous and unchallenging. It gets artificially hard fast (reached the first wizard dude then died). Frustrating controls and not much to keep you in.
Fun and nice graphics but becomes repetitive pretty fast. Bosses are waaaaay too easy! I've been hit once during the last boss fight. Lack of real ending is a bugger too..
Unfortunately Flash does not support Midis. I could use some very look quality sounds but then I was already at 4088 bytes of a 4096 budget... :)
I'll see what if I can do some simple tricks to make it less confusing...
Very cute but lacks some fun factor. The ball should bounce up when hitting other clouds from above. Having the ball caught over the clouds destroying lots of blocks is the funniest thing in blockbreaker games.
The game is not very intuitive (you should tell which way the creatures come in for example) but once you get it, it's very easy. I only use archers, ninjas and dragons. A greater number of Archers is much better than mages, considering the cost. The end is really disappointing... Please, do something to reward the player!!
About the slot.. this is a good idea but you should make it faster. It's a bit tedious and I feel like wasint my time. Maybe do some probability calculation. I got one prize out of 20 shots and that was for only 100$. Really, I could'nt care less.. Really really nice graphics by the way!
Sound bug when we crash. We crash pretty quickly when we get stuck in a wall too.. And the rotation point of the car is really off. But keep on rocking!
That's cool but way to hard to figure out. The icons are nice but it's too hard to differentiate them. Maybe a color code would help make a mental picture of the state of the game.
Hey! Thanks for your ideas. Shields are now stackable, as you can see in the updates, and the 5 first levels are harder. I still can't beat the 10 levels on "insane" so I left the other level like they were. I'd like to know if anyone can do it. If not, I'll have to go back to balancing those!! Thanks again!!
Thanks for commenting. It's a first version and I do hope to implement much more power-ups in future version (though it might take a while). If you think there is not enough enemies, try pumping up the difficulty. The higher the difficulty, the faster the levels go by, and thus, much more enemy at the same time! If someone can beat the insane level, he is better than me!!
