Having issues with the Tier up system. Will have enough to Tier up, hit the button and nothing happens. Refresh and then I will not have enough to Tier up. That system needs to be worked on.

Good concept of a game but Evolving characters to continue on in the game is too expensive. It will cause people to leave. There needs to be some sort of alternate evolution material that is received via Raid as well. To get a character past the original 10 almost requires you pay to play or check back daily for weeks to get enough just to get one level. People will leave the game.

Regarding new content, we are currently working to add a few new locations in the game to expand the game universe. This will be the first new content to be added and will be announced in the updates section.
Hi tbarnado, thank you for reporting! We checked and it’s a display bug - indeed doesn’t add up accurately in the brain power menu display however it increases the businesses production. Will fix the bug by the end of the week and announce in the Updates section.
Love the game but I purchased one of the "permanent" boosts and it went away in the shop so I knew I had purchased it. When I did the "brain" thing it looks as if the boosts I had purchased were back in the shop. How can I be sure my original Boosts are still active. I would assume "permanent" would transcend brain resets.

The effect of a permanent boost is indeed meant to be active from purchase onwards regardless of the number of resets.
1. We double checked and I confirm this is working.
2. We will look for a way to show in the game the active permanent boosts to avoid any confusions. Will announce it in the updates section when done.
3. Currently, we do not intend to have the permanent boosts be purchased more than once, so that part is a bug. Thank you for reporting, we will fix and update by the end of the week.
I have had to refresh a few times as well. Also once you get a Recycle Slots Full massage it will not allow you to get any more Crates. I have 3 slots full and have not gotten the last 3 crates.
Question about Evolution. To do a 3 star perfect evolution do both 2 stars have to be perfect? The reason for the question are the 2 stars you get from the alter. Also what happens if you combine a Perfect as Primary and a Regular as Secondary? Same basis as the first question.
Did not see a Bug Forum yet so I will post here. Tried a Capture and got a Server Error, Not allowed on this Node. It was an in-game error. Just wanted to report it.
I like the fact that if you have a death on the team they still level up and when they do come back. That is perfect for low level additions to a upper level team. Also I agree with others you should have a per defeated exp not just a team defeated exp. Getting 50 for 1 or 5 is really not fair. Maybe 15 or 25 per player defeated or something.
Anyone else having issues with capped heroes. I have a 29 trying to get to a 30 and as soon as I choose one hero the tiles go away and I cannot choose another. Bug maybe?
Only suggestion I have now is if we could see the units we have unlocked in the Barrack's with the Stage unlocks. Of course it might be a moot point since now we have really great motivation to purchase and sacrifice units, since each star applies to Class Upgrades.
