the energy limiting how long you can play turns me off from playing this game. i would also like to see some kind of graphics showing growth like my living space getting fancier with better jobs or w/e
Pros: Decent music, one-button only, no learning curve. Cons: Monotonous, no story ... guess that's it! For what it is, I'd say it's good but it's maybe a little too repetitious for me to play through all of the way.
I dunno... kind of seems like half a rogue-like game with more of just slow story progression having to start levels over instead of the entire journey. It would be nice for the screen not to auto-focus on my character right after I cast a spell. really annoying having to drag the screen after each attack when trying to kill a far away enemy. There's no defining thing about this game that stands out to me. Favorite part might be the class-leveling system?
Reminds me of playing Starcraft back in the day. Learned all of the little glitches and specifically made a custom map that encapsulated all of them. Good times!
Smooth controls, decent music and graphics.... not much to complain about really. Downside is a lack of story and, for me, too easy. Only difficulty was having to start over because of learning from mistakes not the result of skill.
Well now that I've beaten the game, I must give you my praise. I haven't played such a good game in a long while. I've spent hours enjoying this game. Only criticisms would be spelling/grammar editing, needing a rune sorting function, and to fully see the names of enemy spells in the description. This game was/is freakin phenomenal.
I must have been a badass mage for an entire tower to conspire against me . Why aren't these mages who are trying to beat the Archmage in their description not beating up the goblin they share a room with?
Love the game! Out of many platformers I've played recently, this is one of the better ones for sure. Could you possibly do a follow-up? Perhaps a series with different dreams of lucid dreamers?
