for level 15 you need to make two portals on bottom and jump from where you are standing so you have high jump. jumping into it from edge. then you need to make a portal next to the blue over the glass while you're jumping. Did that help?

not bad. pac man doesnt run as smoothly and as you prepare the turn sometimes turns too early.
