I don't pay attention all the time, but I have noticed that on some maps, the oil refineries/rigs do not give the controlling team the amount they should. On one map that starts with 4 players, towards the end when there is only two left, the rigs only give out $15 on each players turn. Which is nowhere near the 240 they should be giving each round.

There seems to be some inconsistencies with damage. On one map I played, everytime another team hit one of my blockades with an annihilator, it blew up on the first hit, however, when I tried to attach the same way, it took me two turns -- every time. Same thing (often) with subs. They can kill mine in one hit with full pts, but I try to do the same, and it takes me two hits. Also, sometimes my subs don't attack when they run into another sub -- I've tried clicking on a square I know they are at , or the one after it, or the one before it, and my sub just wont' attack one hidden, but sometimes when mine are hidden, they kill me as soon as they run into it.

I get the morale -- if someone's computer locks up, the game kicks them instead of everyone waiting on them, so I like that, however, I think it shouldn't kick you after one turn. If you miss one turn, you get the penalties for it, if you miss the second one in a row, it should kick you. And this sudden death thing stinks. Maybe have it always at a constant 3% or something. Some maps take lots and lots of turns, but they are short, others take lots and lots of turns and they are long. Of anything that could have the option to disable, perhaps sudden death?

When you go to choose a map, and click on "more" it goes to the second set of 5, then goes to the third set of 5 -- after that, more only toggles between the second and third set of five maps.

I was thinking about the factories -- I bet that all sea units can occupy the same square because the factories can make them...just a guess there though, since when they are built they aren't built right on top of the factory....but that logic makes the most sense to me.

Thanks, qwert -- I guessed that was how it worked on 2. As for 3 -- there are very few commandos on the map I'm playing --and they can't cross the water to get to my stealth tanks. Often it's a turret or a rocket truck -- nothing else is around it that can hit it...

after playing several more games, I've discovered that the dark blue had buildings of dark grey. As far as colors, can you put black text on the lighter ones like yellow and green, so it's easier to see information. Is there a way to take the players who have lost off the list that shows morale? And why when I play with three AI players does one drop out the first round, even though it says they are at 47% morale....and several more rounds in a second one will drop? This happens if I create a custom game, play against AI or test a map.

I've noticed a few things: 1. Sometimes intrepids can go on land and take buildings -- there is no shoreline on the map, not that shores should make them able to, either. 2. often on morale, there is a line that says: [o%] damaged an enemy unit 3. when playing against AI, sometimes right after I move a stealth unit, they attack it, even though it didn't contact anything else before they fired at it. And it still looks hidden, but they find it.... 4. I've played a few games where some buildings were a dark grey, instead of the respective color for that player. Didnt' seem to affect gameplay

it would be really, really nice to have a border around the edge of the play field. If my units are at the very edge, I lose morale on the stupid time thing because I can't always reach the cancel button. Also, I just can't always see everything since I'm right up against the edge. Also the map movements suck. On my keyboard, I have page back and page forward right next to my arrow keys, so if I hit one of those, I'm screwed cause it kicks me out of the game. On the playfield, all the arrows that come up sometimes block what I'm trying to do -- it would be nice if it would scroll on its own or something...and maybe have wasd keys for movement, too, instead of just the arrow keys? I can't run the mouse and the arrows with one hand! and is awkward to use lefty so far over on keyboard.

hmm, I thought the first time I just got lucky, so I played a couple more times. I topped the boards the first time on each setting. I don't think it's challenging enough -- either that or I've just played way too many games like this.

Love the gameplay -- still some bugs, though. Sometimes I'd have two that were leaning on each other, but it said they weren't connected -- other times, I had two that said they were connected, even though halfway across the board from each other (towards the end). overall 4/5 -- fix the bugs, then would be 5/5. Also needs a pause/menu option
