Noticing on the last level (both normal and hard) that sometimes when casting the targeted spells near the edge of the screen, It will not work but will make the spell recharge.

Forgot to mention - it was chrome blocking plug-ins from Kongregate in case anyone else has the same trouble.
fixed the problem. I'd downloaded silverlight previously and made sure it was enabled but for some reason it was being blocked elsewhere in chrome.

You need to install siverlight. In Chrome it is a bit hidden. Best use IE for it.
